Pre- School: - (Tiny Tots) For Children 4.5 years of ages, Emphasis will be on Learning Basic Skills: Water confidence, holding breath, Kicking, Floating, Dog Paddles with floats. That will enable them to Progress successfully in the beginners’ skill (30 mins)
Beginners: - For children of 5 years and up no previous swimming experience, we teach the following basic skills: Water confidence, float glides, kicking, dag paddle, breath control etc. Introduction of Freestyle and back stroke.
Stroke School: - Who has successfully completed the beginners (learn to swim) course. Swimmers should be able to swim comfortably. Introduction of correct Freestyle, Backstroke with variation of stroke drills, strengthen kicking, over arm stroke Breast Stroke. Starts & Turns treading in water and survival life saving skills.
