Went to Bookaroo with 6 kids of ages 5 to 8 years and they all enjoyed themselves a lot.  There was something to keep each one's interest and the lively atmosphere took care of everything else. It makes sense to go through the schedule and time yourselves for the sessions which interest you, as everythign was starting on time and some sessions had a limit on number of children participating. We also found a lot of new and interesting titles in the bookshop and the biggest delight for the children was to buy a book and get it signed by the author.  Go prepared with food and water though, as those arrangements are not adequate.

Story telling sessions by authers of childern's books was indeed a new experience...doodling on a huge paper wall was fun for my daughter....overall a nice experience...
