About Sahaja Yoga:
Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on an experience called self-Realization (Kundalini awakening) that can occur within each human being. Through this process inner transformation takes place by which one becomes moral, United, Integrated and balanced.
One can actually feel the all-pervading divine powers as cool breeze, as described in all religion and spiritual traditions of the World.

We aim to help them concentrating on studies.
We work on their Flexibility so that they stay active in any routine of their life; it also helps them in sports activity.
We also teach kickboxing, Yoga etcFor Adults (Age 16 Yrs. to 60 Yrs.)
We have programs like Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, Core Strengthening training (Abs Training), Kickboxing, Yoga and Power Yoga.
