You must have browsed through the web or asked your friends to guide you on kid - friendly attractions in Pune. And, they would have come up with the ever popular places such as Katraj Zoo, Pu La Deshpande Garden,Appu Ghar, Khadakwasla Dam and may be a few more. 1. Take a World Tour at Seven Wonders Park

Not many people are aware of this wonderful park in the city. Also known as Yashwant Rao Garden and Aba Bagul Udyan, it has beautiful and tall replicas of all seven wonders of the world. 2. Count Butterflies at Butterfly Park

Address: Near Aranyashwar Nagar, Parvath Pathya

Another hidden gem of the city! You would be surprised to know that the country’s only butterfly park is located right here in Pune. Spread over 2 acres of green land, it is home to a variety of species of butterflies that will flutter their way to your children’s heart. But, you must not miss visiting this garden in January when it transforms into a scented and an artistic landscape. The reason being the annual ‘Buds and Blooms’ flower show that takes place in January. Green Tokri Farm, based on the outskirts of Pune, conducts a strawberry plucking session during the winter season for its patrons.
