There are plenty of Halloween parties in the city for adults but not too many for the smallies. This year our young son has been very keen on attending a Halloween party. So keen in fact that he wanted to go to America or Europe to trick or treat from house to house as he has read about in some books! After giving him the “If wishes were horses.....” line, I promptly began my search for Halloween events for kids in the city. Here’s the list:
Fairy or Scary at Kids Club
Locality: Kids Club, Kamla Global Academies, 11th road, near Madhu Park, Khar (W)
Date: 31st October; 6pm to 8pm
Kids Club is a destination that children are guaranteed to have fun at. So when they announce their Fairy or Scary Halloween Party, you know you should definitely check it out. There’s spine chilling, thrilling fun to be had for the baccha brigade. Kids can come dressed in their scariest best or as fairies and can look forward to a Haunted House, a Candy Cottage, and a Bloody Bazaar. Trick or treating is definitely on the itinerary. Get ready for Spooktacular fun
Locality: Hop n Bop, 444, the Corporate Lounge, 2nd floor, Linking Road, Khar

Go dressed in costume to enjoy a Halloween evening that will feature spiders, bats, cats and more. The party will have face painting, a magic show, juggler, contests, prizes and all the elements required to make it a fun party for the little ones at the popular soft play venue. Celebrate Halloween at a family friendly dental clinic

This sure is a first! A paediatric dental clinic doubles up as the venue for a Halloween party. Crown Corner has been designed by founder Dr. Varsha Daryanani as a space that offers her young clients comfort that feels like a home away from home. With that as the main thought, they have gone a step further by organising a dress up Halloween fun party. Children are invited to register for this limited capacity Spooktacular Halloween Party. Your child may opt to go as the Tooth Fairy or perhaps a really gruesome tooth devouring monster. The party will include fun games, dance, theme based munchies and lots more. The Funky Monkeys play zone parties promise to be loads of fun with lots in store for their young guests. The venues will be decked out in Halloween decor. Ascend International School’s 4th Annual Halloween Bash

For the last three years the Halloween party at Ascend International School has been a successful, fun event for families. This year the free event, open to all Mumbai families is taking the spooky theme into Outer Space. All the activities, games and creative inspirations will stem from the theme. Your child can dress up as a robot, a time traveller, a Martian or an interplanetary creature and join in the fun. Send your little space cadet or astronaut trick or treating at this event. My Gym’s Halloween parties

Be a part of Spooky Friday walking trail this Halloween

This Friday get on to the Halloween special Spooky Trail with your kids who can handle eerie stories and a late night on the town. Travel Logs has created a really exciting event for all those who love ghost stories and are intrigued by spaces said to be ‘haunted’. If your child and you want to explore stories of the other world and hear spine chilling anecdotes then you need to register and be ready for what might just be the spookiest walk of your life! Party for a cause at Palladium
Locality: Palladium Mall, Lower Parel
Date: 31st October; 5pm to 9pm
Age group: Open to all. Children under 2.5 years do not need a ticket.
The Palladium Mall Halloween party is a limited capacity event with proceeds from the ticket sales going to Light of Life Trust. This NGO works to educate, empower and equip employability of children. Tickets are available till stocks last at the Palladium Concierge Desk.
