Green peas and cheese cutlet recipe by Sharmila Nasarpuri-

This is a quick and easy cutlet packed with the goodness of cheese and green peas. Sure to be a great hit with kids!

Makes 8-9 cutlets


1. 2 cups boiled peas
2. 2 green chillies
3. 1/2 Tsp cummin seeds(sabut jeera)

4. 1level Tsp baking powder

5. 4 tbsp flour( maida)

6. Salt to taste

7. 1/2 cheese cube cut into bite size pieces

8. Bread crumbs for coating.

Grind the boiled peas with green chillies and cummin seeds in a grinder.

Add flour, baking powder and salt.

Mix well to form a soft dough.

Divide the dough into 9 portions.

Take a portion, place a cheese piece in the centre and close it properly to form a round cutlet.

Repeat with the rest.

Roll each cutlet in bread crumb and deep fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
