When my son asks me this Q, I was amazed and have no any perfect answer to his question “ why I give him food and milk all the time.” I answered him by saying him that you will be very strong after finishing your lunch and milk.After finishing this conversation, he starts telling stories to me momma I want to be a superhero and so on.It feels so wonderful to chit chat with him on his favorite topics, I totally became stressless, and we both enjoy his imaginary world.
Our kids are full of curious about anything in their surrounding & as parents we must prepare for a correct and influencing answer for them.So by keeping all his curiosity in my mind, I always try something healthy and creative option for my prince. Every time preparing something creative is sometimes tricky and challenging too, but it feels blissful to make a dish which is full of nutrients and mouthwatering.
Here we will discuss an appetizing and kids loving ingredient but in a healthy twist which we called Potato & twist is Fenugreek leaves.So be ready for preparing something which gets one’s fingers on your kid's attention.
Potato omelet with twist of fenugreek (methi)
Preparation time: 25 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins
Peel potato and grate them in a bowl full of water to save them for being black.Now make green chili & ginger paste (if your kids are not eating spicy so avoid this or use 1 or ½ chili).
Now mix capsicum with fenugreek, salt, chaat masala, turmeric, red chili powder & asafoetida until all mix into each other.Squeeze potato from the bowl and mix it with a spatula very gently.Be careful mixture should not be runny it.
Heat a pan on low flame spray some oil pour some mixture into the pan using your hand and spread it gently by covering all pan about a 3-4 inch diameter, cover with a lid for 1-2 min. Now flip it slowly and cover it until it turns golden brown.Garnish with coriander.
Now serve it hot with ketchup or cut into pizza shape to grab kids attention.Also, serve with yogurt
Note: Mixture should not be runny. Squeeze the potato properly.

Above mentioned is a basic recipe, by adding different vegetables you can make variants with more colors.Some kids are very choosy in eating habits.Sometimes being creative in cooking healthy recipes for our loved ones is beneficial.I got best results with this kind of ideas; I think your kids would like it too.
