I know that all moms, including myself, struggle with innovative and healthy recipe ideas. We all sometimes give in to unhealthier snacks just so that the little ones would eat something! Samar loves besan cheela and this recipe amps up the traditional cheela into a super snack/or meal. Also, for the kids who are fussy egg-eaters, you can add one full egg to this recipe if you wish. You can also add 3-4 diced broccoli florets, 1/2 a diced potato or 4-5 chopped beans to this recipe.
