Recipe of Broccoli Soup

Broccoli is a great source of vitamins K and C, a good source of folate (folic acid) and also provides potassium, fiber.

Plus, broccoli is low in sodium and calories. It's also a fat-free vegetable. It’s common knowledge that green vegetables are loaded with nutrients, but unfortunately, our kids don’t find that fascinating enough. So instead of giving my son raw broccoli , I try to give him in a form of Soup, would love to share my recipe...

Recipe of BROCOLLI SOUP:-

Ingredients:-

• 1 bunch of Broccoli

• 1 Onion

• ¼ Cup Milk

• Salt according to your taste

• Black Pepper according to your taste

• ½ tbsp Butter

• 1 spoon of chopped garlic

Method:-

  • Take sliced broccoli & onion in a cooker. After 2 whistles, let it cool for 10 mins.
  • Use a blender and blend all the vegetables .Further strain these vegetables in a separate pan to give a nice boil.
  • In this pan, add little crushed black pepper, salt according to your taste...Further add little milk to this soup...
  • In another pan, add little butter and very little oil so that butter doesn’t burn...
  • To this add little chopped garlic. Cook till garlic turns golden brown.
  • Add this to your 1st pan and let it boil for 10 mins & serve it fresh with garlic bread...
