Here are some home remedies for kitchen burns.

Cold Water

Water is the vital source of nature which has solution for everything. If burn happens in your body, without delay place the burned part under cool running water for 10 to 15 minutes or until the pain reduce. You can also place a cold compress over the affected area. Repeat the remedy every few hours to lessen the discomfort.

Raw Potato

Coconut Oil & Lemon Juice

Coconut oil is very useful for keep your burn becoming infected and helps to cure the pain. Lemon juice has acidic properties that naturally lighten the scars. Take coconut oil in a bowl and add some lemon juice to it. Mix it properly and apply it on the affected area to facilitate curative. Coconut oil and lemon juice both can treat a minor burn when it has cooled and dried.

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is a very oldest plant which provides many amazing benefits for skin, health and many more. It also got antiviral and anti bacterial properties for the ability to treat everything. If any burn occurred, you can use fresh aloe vera plant of your home. Take out some leaves from the aloe vera plants and cut the leaves in half down to collect some aloe. Apply the aloe on the affected area. Repeat until to cover up all of your burn.

Honey

Honey has been used for hundred years to treat burns and other injuries. Honey’s antioxidant and anti bacterial properties give remedial qualities. When honey is applied to a burn, it keeps the injury moist, allowing for quick curing and minimal scarring. Take two tea spoon of honey in a bowl. Apply it on the affected area with the duration of every two hours till the pain relief.

Onion Juice

Onions have been used to treat burns for ages and it is definitely an effective home remedy to heal burns. Slice onion and apply it directly onto the burned area. Keep the onion on the burn until the sting dies down. Otherwise you keep out some onion juice in a bowl and apply it on affected area up to pain relief.

Vinegar

Vinegar contains acetic acid, a element of aspirin that can help relieve the pain, itching, and irritation of a burn. It works as an antiseptic and help to keep your burn from becoming infected. First run cool water over the area for a few minutes to bring the temperature down. Soak a cloth in diluted vinegar and apply to the burn area. Vinegar will relax the area and kill the pain. Repeat as often as needed

Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender oil has been used for thousands of years to naturally treat burns. Lavender essential oil can help to heal burns and frankincense oil can reduce scarring. Apply several drops of lavender oil to the burned area 3 times daily.
