Have you ever had a crappy day? Just like, it wouldn’t stop being the worst? Just one thing after the other?
I had and we all have such day some time or the other, and the worst part is that we think we can’t do anything about it. Unpleasant situations, problems and difficulties arise in everyone’s lives, and these events cause negative thinking.
Do you constantly feel that something should happen to make you feel happier? Are you waiting for the life to turn out the way you want? If your answer is “YES”, then you are certainly travelling on a negative path.
Recently I was reading a book “The Secret” which talks about the “law of attraction” in action. It says, if you keep thinking the same thought over and over again, it will become the reality. If you pay attention to the darkness, you will never find the light.
The difficulty isn’t that we have negative thoughts. The problem comes when we believe our thoughts are true. Some people are so positive in a situation, while others see the negative. It’s all about how you look at it.
The magical tools that change our attitude and point of view are inner work and persistence. Our thoughts are like magnet. If we think good, all good will be attracted to you.

Start the day with a positive thought :
Your thoughts are a result of your beliefs. If your beliefs don’t allow you to create the life you want to live, it’s time to make an upgrade.
Focus on good things :
Appreciate what you have, find joy in your surroundings, and value the little delights we might otherwise overlook.
Turn failures into lessons :
"It's fine to celebrate success, but it is more important to heed the lessons of failure,” Bill Gates said. Failure is just an opportunity to learn and improve. It’s a teaching moment that should be analyzed with a practical, clear mind.
Transform negative self-talk into positive self-talk :
Don't say anything to yourself that you wouldn't say to anyone else. Be gentle and encouraging with yourself.
Unhappiness cannot exist on its own. It occurs because of thoughts, which can be changed. So lets live a life full of positive thoughts. Express gratefulness. Start smiling & bring positivity into your mind and see what happens !!
