Eggless, Gluten-free (sweet) Corn Bread

There are times when we want to make something sweet but without the frosting that kids get attracted to. So here is fun Corn bread made in my own style. Thanx to Kim who taught me to put very healthy chia seeds in Corn bread and then I added my own little ingredients to it.

As usual, I wanted to ‘customize’ my corn bread and make it my ‘own’ flavor. I bought CORN BREAD MIX.

FOLLOW MIXING INSTRUCTIONS AS SHOWN ON THE BOX, EXCEPT – NO EGGS!

Instead of Eggs Add 1/3rd quantity more of milk and oil or water and oil as mentioned in the pack.

Also add: Chia Seeds 1 Tbsp, Tutti Frooti as per needed,  cashew / nut pieces as needed (optional) and saffron syrup 1 tsp (optional).
