Well not so famous breakfast Oats!! My little one was barely 8 months when I introduced oats to her. She was being introduced to solids at that time and I wanted her to be introduced to a good foods that are healthy for her and to my surprise she loved the Quaker Oats.
I gave her after boiling with milk and adding very little sugar in it and it was a super hit. Plus of course half of meal had to be mine and I would run at the sight of such a thing but gradually I started to enjoy them and I also started shedding weight. I then introduced Oats with vegetables to her just sauted a few onions added carrots, tomato and bell peppers with some salt and pepper. The result was amazing and now we just love Oats they also replaced all the unhealthy snacking we liked to munch. There are various recepies we choose and keep on experimenting and result is mostly great. Boil them in water and cook or just add with milk and boil plenty of ways depending on your taste.

There is no doubt about the fact that they are safe and a healthy way of life. So next time you feel those hunger pangs you know you need to grab that bowl of oats. Not only for yourself but your little bundle of joy as well. Good habits start at an early age.
