Meri aj ki recipe hai "GUD MAKHANA"

Gud aur makhane dono hi hamhare liye healthy hote hai.

Gud humhari skin ke liye bahut accha hota hai aur yeh humhari metabolic system ko control karta hai.

Makhane bhi humhare seyhat ke liye acche hote hai.makhane me protien,carbohydrates,iron,calcium aur vitamin b hota hai.

Gud makhana dibetic patient,kidney aur heart ke liye bhi accha hota hai.

Yeh humhari bhuk ko kam karta hai.humhari tiredness aur weakness ko dur karta hai.

Specially periods me girls ko energy deta hai.

Here's I share my recipe ☺️

Ingredients:

  • Makhane- 200 grms
  • Gud - 1 bowl
  • Nariyal (kisa hua)(grated coconut)- 2 tbsp
  • Til - 1 tbsp ( seasem seeds)
  • Ghee - 2 tsp

    Method:

    1. Pan me ghee leke use melt hone denge aur fir usme makhane dal denge.
    2. Makhane ko acchi tarah se crispy hone de.
    3. Fir makhane me grated coconut aur til mila lenge.aur use bhi crispy hone tak bhunenge.
    4. Then ek dusre pan me 4 tbsp pani leke usme gud mila lenge. Boil hone tak pakaye.
    5. Makhane,til aur nariyal acche se bhun jaye to usme gud mila le.
    6. Acche se ghumate rahe. Fir gas band kar de.
    7. Acche se thanda hone de.
    8. Air tight container me store karke rakhe.

    Gud makhana is ready ☺️☺️
